This dress crosses over forming a V neck and sits well on the waist with an attached wrap through tie sash, there is a delicate frill to the A line skirt so it's perfect to accentuate your waist and skim over your hips and bottom. On most people the skirt will sit just above your ankle, clearly though if you are tall it will sit a little higher.
