SHIPPING

We offer standard shipping to all Australian residents at a flat fee of $10. Orders over $100 receive free shipping. Please enter the discount code FREESHIP to receive this discount.

All orders placed before 3:00pm Monday-Friday will have same day dispatch and should arrive to you within 7 days. Regional areas may take longer. 

Please note we only dispatch on business days and not on Public Holidays. 

Deliveries are out of our control so please keep this in mind whilst waiting for your order. Once we have dispatched an item it then becomes the responsibility of the freight company. If you have any issues regarding shipping please contact us 02 6742 6820.

 

RETURNS POLICY

It is very important to us that you love the products you receive from www.willowandfli.com so if a product is an incorrect size or faulty please email findus@willowandfli.com and we will organise an exchange or return. If your size is no longer available we will issue you with an online store credit. 

Items can be returned within 21 days of delivery for an online store credit. Please include your contact details when returning items to Willow & Fli. Items must be received by Willow & Fli in original condition - unworn, unwashed with all tags still attached. In the rare occasion that an item is not received in its original condition, the item will be returned to sender.

Please note:

- We do not return for change of mind. Our staff take the utmost care in packaging and posting your item to you and therefore any returns for change of mind will not be accepted. 

- For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on earrings.

- Sale items are priced to clear so please choose carefully as we do not accept returns on sale items. 

We process returns within 5 days of receiving your items. We will contact you with the details of your processed return and credit note code as soon as it is ready. Store credits can be used to make a future purchase and are valid for 6 months from date of issue. Store credits can not be refunded. 

FAULTY RETURNS

Faulty garments must be faulty by manufacture. A worn item with make up stains or marks, or an item damaged as a result of failing to follow our care instructions may be found ineligible for our faulty returns process. 

All eligible faulty returns will proceed through a faulty returns review to determine the nature of the fault. You will be advised on the final decision and the options available to you before we proceed. 

All garments are delicate and may become damaged if correct care instructions are not followed. Due to the nature of some fabrics composed for their fashionable qualities and fit this can include shrinking, colour fading and other outcomes. It is advised that all items purchased from Willow & Fli be washed according to their care label instructions or if in doubt, please cold hand wash only. 

If you have a faulty item please contact findus@willowandfli with images of the item, or phone 02 6742 6820 as soon as possible. From here we will make an initial assessment of your fault and get the process underway.
