If you have visited us instore you may have seen the little makeshift donation box we have on our front counter that reads 'Donation to Gunnedah MS Society' where clients have the opportunity to pop their spare change as they are leaving the counter - bags of goodies in hand.
Multiple Sclerosis is an incurable neurological condition, a disease in which the immune system eats away at the protective covering of nerves. Which essentially disrupts the communication between the brain and the body affecting so many factors in everyday life.
Gunnedah MS Society is a small group of community members that tirelessly fundraise to support locals in our area that have been diagnosed. From assisting with payment for medications to fundraising for accessibility access into homes and everything in between.
For the past few years Willow & Fli have run our Annual Fashion Parade in conjunction with Gunnedah MS. With 100% of Ticket sales profits being donated back to the charity, which keeps funds in our local area.
It is one of our most looked forward to days of the year and even through a few last minute speed humps, 2023 did not disappoint!!

There was lucky door prizes to be won and delicious afternoon tea to be eaten.
Of course one of our most favourite parts of the afternoon is after everyone has enjoyed the parade, had a cup of Tea and coffee, a cheeky scone or sandwich and made their way down to the store for an hour or two of browsing our New Arrivals.
