Thereās something about autumn in rural NSW that just feels⦠right.
The mornings are a little crisper, the paddocks start to soften in colour, and suddenly youāre reaching for a jumper before your first cuppa. Itās that beautiful in-between season, not quite winter, but definitely time to slow down just a little.
And if thereās one thing we love around here, itās a recipe that matches the mood.
Something warm. Something comforting. Something you can pop in the oven while you potter around the house (or sneak in a quick outfit change š).
So today, weāre sharing a simple, no-fuss favouriteā¦
