🍫 Try This: 3 Step Chocolate Bark

Looking for a deliciously simple way to celebrate World Chocolate Day (or any day you’re craving a sweet pick-me-up)? We’ve got you covered with this quick, no-fuss 3-Step Chocolate Bark recipe that’s as fun to make as it is to eat.

It’s the perfect activity for cosy winter afternoons, last-minute get-togethers, or when you just need a little something extra with your cuppa. Plus, you can totally customise it with your favourite toppings—think salty, crunchy, sweet, or all three!

You’ll Need:

  • 200g good-quality dark or milk chocolate

  • ½ cup roasted nuts, shredded coconut, crushed pretzels or a combination of all three

  • A sprinkle of dried cranberries, pistachios or mini marshmallows

How to:

  1. Melt chocolate and spread it over a baking tray lined with paper.

  2. Scatter toppings over the chocolate.

  3. Let it set in the fridge, then break into chunks and share (or keep it all for yourself!).

Pop it in the fridge for about 30 minutes, or until set. Break it into rustic chunks and—voilà—you’ve got yourself a batch of the easiest chocolate bark ever. Bonus: it makes a gorgeous homemade gift!
