I have an amazing family of my own, my husband Waylon who has been putting up with me for 18 years now is a local plumber, an amazing 12 (almost 13, just ask her) year old daughter Kaylee, a 7 year old son Eddie who loves all boy things right down to his core and our darling rescue dog Naala, who was born a labrador...but, I'm pretty sure she is convinced she is just another human.

I may not have been here since the beginning, but man have I been blessed. I started working at Willow & Fli in September, 2020… but in all honesty, it feels like I’ve been part of this family forever.

For the past five years, I’ve been Tana’s right-hand woman - and honestly, the other half of her brain! 😄 She had no choice but to love me 😏

From fashion parades and photo shoots to late-night website updates, market stalls, and Monday morning madness - we’ve done it all, side by side, for the past five years. And I wouldn’t have it any other way.

There have been spontaneous brainstorms with her sisters Tracie and Julie, daily chats and check-ins with the lovely ladies we share our space with Juliette and Therese  and a constant stream of phone calls with her daughter Haidee and her four gorgeous kids 💛 Add in the occasional dose of honesty and humour from one of her daughters-in-law, Caity, and of course, those sweet school holiday visits from Savvy and Lleyton… it’s safe to say life at Willow & Fli is always full, vibrant, and full of love.

Together, we’ve weathered lockdowns, droughts, a mice plague (yes, really!) and all the unexpected curveballs that come with running a small business in the country. But through it all, Tana has been more than just a boss - she’s a mum, a grandmother, and a truly incredible friend 💛

We’ve shared countless laughs, a few tears, and more milestone moments than I can count. Christmas rushes, spontaneous “Let’s rearrange the whole shop today” mornings, and her famous last-minute “I think we might have a sale!”  ideas - there’s never a dull moment, and that’s exactly why I love it.

One of the greatest joys of my job is the people.
I genuinely love getting to know our beautiful clients. The girls always laugh about my uncanny ability to find out where someone’s going, what they’re up to, and what’s happening in their world 😂 But for me, that’s the heart of Willow & Fli - the connection.

More often than not, you’ll find me with my head in a screen - Along with the gorgeous Taylah managing our ever-changing social media world, planning content, answering DMs, and navigating all things digital 📱 It’s busy, it’s unpredictable, and it keeps me on my toes… and I truly wouldn’t change a thing.

I feel so lucky and forever thankful for the friendships I’ve formed, the incredible people I get to interact with every day, and the knowledge and growth the last five years have gifted me.

Here’s to many more!
